FINALLY, the local media is starting to get it! Unlike the majority of the country, the Greater Baton Rouge real estate market is not depressed. It has been an uphill battle to try to get the word out to the public that things are not bad here; in fact they are pretty GOOD! A small local paper that caters to the Ascension Parish area recently published an article that paints an accurate portrait of the Baton Rouge real estate market. December is typically the month when I slow down and take a detailed look at the past year. This December has been anything but typical for me! I am as busy this month as I am normally in July or August, but I am going to sit down at some point this week and evaluate 2006. Normally I run a detailed report of my sales and break down what their source is. I also set goals every year..in writing of course.
