lake keowee new construction home: New Construction Homes on Lake Keowee waterfront lots - 05/29/16 02:26 AM

Our Lake Keowee Real Estate team met at lot 21 to see the progress of the newest construction home at The Cottages at Riverbirch, The Mulberry is the largest of three floor plans at 2705 finished square feet. 
This is the second home of the series to be built in the community. The first home built was on lot 24, the medium sized model at 2588 finished square feet, called The Sassafras.
Check out the big Keowee views from the covered porch. A covered dock is in place already.
