This colorful photo is of me enjoying the fall splendor in October of 2013 in Oconee County, South Carolina.
The 2016 Oktoberfest in the little German city of Walhalla will take place October 21-23 this year. 
The Chamber of Commerce has a website dedicated to the the event so that vendors can get information about costs and locations of space rentals. The website also gives a list of accomodations for visitors to the area that weekend.
