jersey city real estate: March Condo Market Update - Jersey City / Hoboken - 04/14/21 03:23 PM
Unlike most of the country, Hudson County NJ has not been a white hot seller's market throughout the pandemic. The weakened demand to be in New York City has trickled over to us across the river. Things are picking up, though. According to market report, in March, condo inventory in both Hoboken and Jersey City was down and the pace of sales increased. The absorption rate was sharply lower in Jersey City and slightly lower in Hoboken. Condos in Jersey City even commanded 100% of the asking price on average.

jersey city real estate: Crystal Point - Jersey City - 03/31/21 04:12 PM
Since 2010, Crystal Point (2 2nd St) in Jersey City has been an address synonymous with luxury living on the Downtown Jersey City Waterfront. With 24 hour concierge, resort-style amenities, and valet parking, Crystal Point has been in high demand over the past decade. Unobrstructed Manhattan and Hudson River views are the name of the game here. Even with the economy moving in the right direction there is still a lot of uncertainty. One thing that is very likely, though, is that interest rates will not stay this low forever. What does that mean for buyers in Hoboken and Jersey City? In a market that has sufficient inventory it means now is as good a time as ever to pull the trigger on that home purchase.
