There has been a lot of talk about interest rates lately. With the 10 year treasury yield on the rise we could be seeing a rise in mortgage interest rates. Even with the economy moving in the right direction there is still a lot of uncertainty. One thing that is very likely, though, is that interest rates will not stay this low forever.
