rescue: Help Needed in Douglasville, GA

I received an e-mail requesting help or has contacts in the animal rescue world. Do you know anyone who lives in the area? Any help - email - catsunn@comcast.net If I lived in the area - I would just pick up the cats and get the medical attention they need and put them in foster homes till we could find them their forever homes. I feel so helpless and it breaks my heart to get this kind of e-mail. Here is the e-mail and photos:
