Dallas home sales activity remained strong throughout the month of October 2013. Inventory is low, days on the market are down, and average sales prices are increasing. Dallas remains a strong Sellers' Market. The Dallas real estate market is local down to the street within a specific neighborhood. Some neighborhoods have little or no inventory, while others have seen a slight increse in inventory. In some micro markets, buyers are encountering multiple offer situations.
