Spend the first Saturday in 2016 enjoying the Nasher Sculpture Center's First Saturday activities. Target sponsors this free event held the first Saturday of every month. Activities for the entire family are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Children love the Art Scavenger Hunt. Instructions for the hunt are available at the table located in the Lobby. Participants hunt for specific sculptures in the Sculpture Garden. Children can team up with parents, siblings, or friends to help them identify the sculptures. This is a wonderful introduction to many types of sculpture located in the Nasher Garden.

The Nasher Sculpture Center is planning three events for the Dallas Arts District Summer Block Party. 6:00 PM Connor and Kyle Walden, better known as The Walden Twins, will play guitar, mandolin and suitcase. Yes, you read that correctly! Connor Walden plays the suitcase, like a drum! Enjoy the vocal harmonies and upbeat music produced by this talented duo as you stroll through the Sculpture Garden. 7:00 PM The indie rock band, Quiet Company, will get you up and moving!
