Currently I am working with buyers who want to purchase in a specific area, and they are interested in foreclosures or REO's. How do you educate the consumers that REO's are not half the price of other properties listed for sale. It is a general conception that people have that they can buy a property for about half of it's value because it is bank owned. Of course I will show those properties that are REO, but at least in my experience the value is very comparable to other properties listed for sale. … (8 comments)
