realtor: Working with Whoever Finds You a Home First? - 09/28/11 06:43 PM
Newport Beach home buyers will often call me up as a result of a listing that they have found on the internet. I had a call recently where the buyer told me that he made an offer on another property and it did not go through. So I ask him if he is still working with that particular agent, and he explains that he hasn't "signed anything". He further explained that there were three agents he was working with, and he was going to buy from "whoever can find him the house first".

When you are considering selling your home, you must consider the initial impression your property will make when someone (either a Realtor or a potential buyer) walks through the front door. It is extremely important to showcase the property in the best possible light.
Your home may only have one chance to impress somebody. If it is not ready to be shown - then you may want to address the items that may affect the initial impression, and then show it.
