Choosing a Rainer to boast about for this month's challenge, hosted by Richie Alan Naggar , was very easy for me. I knew instantly who I was going to write about.
What wasn't easy was how to do it. 
Most of you don't even know Michelle Molinari.  She has not been active in ActiveRain since 2012.  After she stopped blogging, I remained friends with Michelle via Facebook.
Last month while sitting with two of my grandsons, waiting to Skype with my mom, I picked up my phone for a quick peek into Facebook. My heart broke when I read the shocking news:

activerain challenge: Reaching Out - A Call To Washington DC Agent Claude Labbe - 03/20/18 06:31 AM
So, I'm eating my breakfast and I see I have an ActiveRain notification that Claude Labbe has sent me a message.
He had heard about the latest blizzard and wanted to send a little "stay safe" message.
He also mentioned that he had grown up in my city and still has family living here.
Claude seemed like the perfect choice for my second Reaching Out...An ActiveRain Challenge phone call!
I gave him a call and we talked for almost 40 minutes.
It was especially fun for me because he had once lived here in Rochester, NH.
