Good morning peoples! I haven't been around much lately because mu husband and I have been going through some big changes. For personal and financial reasons, we decided to leave Bonita Springs, Florida and move back to the Philadelphia, Pa area. I won't go back into the guts of why. Truth be told, it really doesn't matter. It is what it is. God has a plan and we need to do the best that we can do. Roll with the punches, right? I'm on a beach roll! Who can blame me. What can I say. It seems as though we can go for weeks or maybe months and not go the beautiful beaches that we are blessed with here in Bonita Springs, Fl. But lately, I just can't stay away. More is not enough. It seems as though we are experiencing the calm before the storm. (As in IKE ) This weekend has been a dream weather wise. Good evening! These pictures are pretty much the same view as another recent post that I did ... BUT ... I just had to share them tonight. Almost every single night, the sky looks like this and every night I am in awe and have to go take pictures. It looks like the sky is on fire and all the surrounding homes and trees and the east sky is such a pink it looks like the angels spilled paint! The sky changes 10 different colors in ten minutes. bonita springs fl: Getting Ready for Hurricane Fay

Well, Fay is on her way to Bonita Springs / Naples area in Southwest Florida! It has been cloudy all day. It has been raining on and off and a little bit breezy. It actually feels great! I got to take Gracie for a nice walk in between rain bouts. I am almost finished doing what I can do. There is no particular reason for posting these pictures of Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs, Florida other than today is a good day and I thought someone might enjoy a beach scene. (The last shot is from my house at sunset.) I just took the dogs for a walk and realized how beautiful it is out there! It put me in the mood for some beach and since I can't go tonight, this is the next best thing.
