short sales: Home Sales in Buffalo Grove through December 11th

In reviewing the most recent sales in Buffalo Grove, 3 properties were Bank Owned and 4 properties were Foreclosures. One of the key factors in working with these properties is being Certified in this process which is the CDPE designation. It is key to be able to explain the difference as to what a Short Sale is and how that will help our clients maintain their credit.
