PEORIA HOME PRICES For the month of September 2013, we saw a dramatic increase in sales prices in Peoria. while the listing prices returned to the normal levels we saw during the summer months. From August to September, the average listing saw a decrease of 8.2%. We also saw a decrease in the median listing price of 7.8% as well. PEORIA HOME PRICES For the month of August 2013, we saw a dramatic increase in listing prices in Peoria. From July to August, the average listing soared significantly with an increase of 15.8%. While not as dramatic, we saw an increase in the median listing price of almost 11% as well. A contributing factor to these large increases is the listing of several million dollar properties in the Peoria area during the month of August.

PEORIA HOME PRICES For the month of July 2013, we saw a decrease in listing prices in Peoria. From June to July, the average listing dropped significantly with a decrease of 6.3%. While not as dramatic, we saw a decrease in the median listing price of 4.2% as well. PEORIA HOME PRICES For the month of June 2013, we saw an increase in listing prices in Peoria once again. From May to June, the average listing price crept up with an increase of 0.4%. As we move further into the summer months, the time of year when schools are out of session and when most families will purchase a new home, we will continue to see an increase in homes prices across the city.
