cancer: When Life Throws You a Curve Ball

Early last fall, I found out that I had cancer. This is the kind of thing that you never think is going to happen to you - and for me, was doubly so, because I have no family history of ovarian cancer, and in fact, have many things that make me LESS likely to have it. But there it was, a very rare cancer, and a rare type of that cancer. My world shrunk down to a single point. Just survive. Get through this.
