The new houses are going up at Mission Heights; one of Fayetteville's newest planned neighborhoods! The plans for the neighborhood include walking trails, front porches, a small pond, and a commercial section.
The home plans posted online look awesome - a wonderful blend of traditional southern architecture with the newest construction techniques and smart design.

Early last fall, I found out that I had cancer. This is the kind of thing that you never think is going to happen to you - and for me, was doubly so, because I have no family history of ovarian cancer, and in fact, have many things that make me LESS likely to have it. But there it was, a very rare cancer, and a rare type of that cancer. My world shrunk down to a single point. Just survive. Get through this. Driving around Fayetteville in the last couple of weeks, I noticed that the long-dormat Mission Heights development is in process again! Located right on Mission drive in a wonderful area of East Fayetteville, Mission Heights is an exciting new development. From the very scarce information that is currently on their website, it looks like it is going to be a multi-use neighborhood with businesses, parks, restaurants, and residences. I love the idea of these kinds of developments and am looking forward to seeing how it comes together.
