Several agents in my office lately have been having some conversations about little houses - not TINY houses (less than 500 square feet), but LITTLE houses - houses that are between 800-1500 square feet. Driving around Fayetteville in the last couple of weeks, I noticed that the long-dormat Mission Heights development is in process again! Located right on Mission drive in a wonderful area of East Fayetteville, Mission Heights is an exciting new development. From the very scarce information that is currently on their website, it looks like it is going to be a multi-use neighborhood with businesses, parks, restaurants, and residences. I love the idea of these kinds of developments and am looking forward to seeing how it comes together.
