Wow. I kinda can't believe it's already been a year. The best news is that since a few months in (my first couple of months licensed I only had one transaction and things felt very...HARD), I have not regretted for more than a few minutes here and there my decision to get my real estate license. I LOVE THIS JOB. It's really the best and fits so perfectly my personality, my desire to help people, my tech-geekiness, my need for a flexible schedule. I love it!
These sweet people are really good motivation to keep working and learning!

Little Houses made of.... Interesting materials and architecturally intriguing designs? How about that rather than ticky-tacky :)
Several agents in my office lately have been having some conversations about little houses - not TINY houses (less than 500 square feet), but LITTLE houses - houses that are between 800-1500 square feet. Houses that utilize every bit of space well, that are comfortable and bright, that have great outdoor space and flowing interiors. While the trend here in NW Arkansas is definitely towards bigger and bigger houses, it seems that there will always be an interest in smaller houses.
