It's about time! So you need to sell your home...but you just don't know where to start!!? Don't worry, you're NOT alone. There is SO much to think about. What's the right price?? Do repairs need to be done?? How do I let people know I am selling it?? How long will my house be on the real estate market?? What if someone wants to buy it... then what????
