staging: How I have defined The Power of Feng Shui in my life
- 10/25/09 04:29 AM
Even thought you will find many similar definitions of what Feng Shui is, "The Art and Science of being in harmony with the environment," I feel it is important for all of us to define what Feng Shui is to us based on our own experiences with this energy. The foundation, the root and the core expression of Feng Shui will always be considered the art and science of the power of chi but for me I have added my own twist to these words that speak to my inner self and it goes something like this.

Hi Kimberley, You have hit the nail on the head. Feng Shui can be a HUGE! bag of worms in the beginning. There are so many schools of Feng Shui out there and when I say schools I mean many styles. This can get quite confusing if you think that all Feng Shui is the same. When deciding to start on this path it's important to look at the enormous journey in front of you before making any decisions. I do recommend that if you choose not to go on this journey, that real estate professionals at least understand the (1 comments)
staging: Where does one find a good virtual assistant?
- 10/25/09 02:08 AM
I've promised to start my basic Feng Shui course and found that what I really need is a virtual assistant to help me with this task. I have all of my material ready but with the listings I have now and the number of Feng Shui clients I'm currently in contract with, I have no time to edit and upload the course materials that I want to share. Blogging, I have learned, is a full time job. I need an assistant to relieve me from the guilt of not having time to upload my blogs. I have also learned that (3 comments)
Note: There comes a time in life where what we learn in the early stages of our education conflicts with information we learn as we go deeper into our journey. This class maybe one of those times. There are many schools of Feng Shui as there are many schools of Martial Arts. The one thing they all share is a quest to be in harmony and balance with universal spirit energy (inner-chi).
What I will be covering throughout my basic 101 course is "what exactly is (2 comments)
staging: My comment on my FEng Shui Blog
- 09/12/09 02:37 AM
This is the responce I resently gave someone to a comment on one of my blogs: Brace yourself because Feng Shui is going to become one of the leading causes of buyer purchase within the next few years I'd say. Feng Shui took forever to be taken seriously in the US but now agents must start to take notice and learn the ART of Feng Shui. Now one thing you need to know, Feng Shui is NOT!!!!! staging. You may think it is but your buyers will definitely know the difference. Buyers who are Feng Shui savy will drop (7 comments)
staging: Is Feng Shui truly about Science or just Superstition?
- 05/21/09 07:19 AM
I spent my whole life practicing Feng Shui and didn't even know it. Growing up in an abusive and violent environment, creating harmony and balance for my own peace of mind and safety was my only focus. I believe that's why I got into real estate and became a well respected Feng Shui Master. It came from a strong need to help people find a safe place to hang their hats. A place that felt harmoniously balanced, a cuddle spot if you will. Not til ten or so years ago did I find out that there was a name to the (1 comments)
staging: Snooty Feng Shui Experience
- 05/21/09 03:23 AM
Kathleen Speers Rockney Hello, soul sister!I've noted your occasional postings on FB, and have quietly sent good energy eastward to you whenever I thought of it. The last time we directly communicated, you had a LOT on your "plate". How are you doing? I LOVE! your feng shui postings and so wish you were on the west coast. The one person who checked our home back around 2000 was a snooty rich woman who mixed good Feng Shui with personal judgements. It was a frustrating experience, because I totally get the energy, and my husband wasn't so open to the (1 comments)
