jason sardi: I want the lowest rate and no fees, what can you do for me? - 06/18/07 05:32 PM
Well, I have this great stretch of land for sale over yonder that you can turn-around and sell for extreme profits.  Speaking of which, I have this great e-book that you can download for $5.95 and it will pave the path to riches beyond your wildest dreams.  Or, we can just deal with reality.
I'm not sure about others here, but I'm darn sure about myself.  I don't work for a Non-Profit Organization, I don't have that luxury.  In fact, we strive to actually profit off of the services we provide and time we put in at my respective firm.  Yeah, I know, crazy … (60 comments)

jason sardi: OK, Im Addicted...Now What? - 06/17/07 05:57 PM
John Lennon was brilliant in my fading eyes.  Jim Morrison reminds me how crazy this all can be and how our system truly lies.  Life is, at times, a mystery.  I am here, I read and I see.  Active-Rain's mystery is whatever you want it to be, but I ask for something different.  Something special, something stable & sound.   I don't want to sound like I'm waxing profound...but give me a break.  Give me different, send me that something so profound....
My addictive personality has become addicted to a forum...Active-Rain to be exact.   My sorrow rests in that I can't possibly comprehend and … (29 comments)

jason sardi: What The Heck, We're On A Roll....My Blog Roll. - 06/17/07 01:02 AM
Well, if I had an original thought today, it would die of loneliness.  Many have posted their subscribed-to list, here's mine.  One note, you may find that I don't just subscribe to the really good stuff...but the really bad stuff as well.  If you have a pecking order in your brain, you should be able to decipher the difference.  It should also be pointed out that I just started to subscribe to other's blogs recently, so there is a lot of individuals not on here who I read with sometimes reckless abandon.  I also subscribe to my own post, which is … (21 comments)

jason sardi: What's In A Meme? - 06/14/07 03:27 PM
Tracy Santrock called me out.  She took it upon herself to MEME me, so once again I'm exposed....
1) I'm Directionless-  I mean this literally.  I was driving home from work this evening and the road I typically take was blocked/cut off.  I hear all the time, "You can't miss it!"  My retort, " I can't find it!"  I read somewhere that Einstein would get lost walking home.  I don't have much in common with his genius, but I can identify with that.  So, I have that going for me...
2)  Over 3 years ago, I lived in an Attic. There was no heat in … (45 comments)

jason sardi: Pardon The Interruption, Back To Real Estate... - 06/13/07 02:42 PM
In only 5 years in this biz, I dare say I've learned a lot and have a lot of growing and learning to do along the way.  I do certain things extremely well, other things I hope I get better at.  One of my faults, at times, is I love writing.  I tend to write or want to write about anything I can if only given the forum to do so....I was given the forum, AR arrived, I've done so.
Too often, I lack the mental discipline to focus entirely on what this forum is about and that leads me into … (11 comments)

jason sardi: Lehigh Valley Professionals, Can You Ride A Bike...Or At Least Watch As They Do? - 06/12/07 02:55 PM
There are prestigious races, there are preferred races, there are professionals racing these very races, yet this still reigns as one of the most Prestigious, Preferred, Professional, races in the whole wide world!!!  They compete in one of these very rare races to see who is the best of the best...Welcome My Friends to the Lehigh Valley Velodrome!
If you are good enough, tough enough, inspired enough, & can push the envelope of Hardcore Cycling Action just enough...you'll be able to enjoy a night with some of the most endurance-tested athletes on Planet Earth.  Better yet, you can get up close & personal with … (8 comments)

jason sardi: The Active-Rain Hall of Fame.....Pre-Mature Of Course - 06/12/07 09:38 AM

First let me preface what follows with a few tidbits.  Numero Uno, not sure if this idea has been laid out, if it has...it hasn't been to my knowledge or recollection.  Number two, to keep it short & sweet, I limited myself to ten individuals and none could be the actual AR Founders.  Lastly, of course, this list is bias to the individuals I've been exposed too and my actual take on what they have provided on this forum.

No Particular Order..................

1) Jeff Turner - This guy is innovative in my eyes.  He has pungent hints of technological genius and you can see that bleed on … (68 comments)
