What is it about commissions that gets people sooooo excited? When you talk about discount commissions with Sellers, does it get their attention? Absolutely! Do they love it? Absolutely! Especially in this current 2013 Seller's market that we are now experiencing here in the Sacramento Valley. Well, that's just dandy, but boy it irritates the Selling Agents. And they surely don't hesitate to express their dislike and disapproval about them. HARP is now obsolete and has been replaced by HARP 2.0. Hmmmm....what is this? A new software, a fancy coffee/latte maker, or worse yet another government band-aid?! The “Administration” is supposedly all about helping the American people, but does this truly help, or just bring more hardship down the line?

Dear Buyer, When we mutually agreed to work together, I “assumed” that meant a “working” relationship. Meaning you give me a list of parameters that you establish for your purchase and I help you meet those parameters. What I mean by this is that if you tell me that you…. A) already own a home and that you’re wanting an investment property, then I understand that to mean that you want to get a “deal” and not offer above list price the first hour on the market.
