I have the question many times, does a Pool make that much difference? It always comes down to supply/demand. In Brevard County, Florida, the Challenge these days is a lack of supply of existing inventory. In parts of Brevard such as Viera, buyers are demanding quality luxury homes with Pools. Pool Homes are selling at a faster rate and yes they are selling for more. Supply and Demand always dictates the market price.
