I have the question many times, does a Pool make that much difference? It always comes down to supply/demand. In Brevard County, Florida, the Challenge these days is a lack of supply of existing inventory. In parts of Brevard such as Viera, buyers are demanding quality luxury homes with Pools. Pool Homes are selling at a faster rate and yes they are selling for more. Supply and Demand always dictates the market price. The Housing Market in Viera, Fl is changing for the better! The Inventory levels are at the lowest levels in years. During the past 3 Months- A good majority of homes are getting taken in UNDER 30 Days (Over 40%). Surprisingly over 22% are getting picked in UNDER 10 DAYS!! The High End Market in Viera Florida has been very busy in 2011 compared to past years.
