Finding a prospective buyer is a challenge in itself, but have you ever encountered the ones that are just undecided? One day they want a Single Family with land, then the next week they want a home in a community, next month they want to put everything on hold. You give them some space and let them hash out their indecision, BUT then? You lose them!! That's Right!, They threw you away like a paper cup! They have discovered another property with another agent and did't bother calling you! Some buyers treat us as Disposible paper cups! Perhaps if they should … (1 comments)
