Should I decorate? One of the most asked questions when I meet with a potential home seller during holiday season. I'm not one to tell someone they should not decorate and get festive for the Holiday Season, however the key to staging the home must include being uncluttered. While I don't do holiday staging, I will give examples of keeping the decorating to a minimum during selling. Ran a search for Viera/Suntree and found 53 Homes for sale from $400,000 up to 1 Million, None of them were Bank Owned and only 8 Short Sale. Definitely a sign that we are low on distressed properties. Home sale prices were up 9.4% in Brevard and Satewide Unit sales were up 13%. Condo prices are also up 9% as investors are taking advantage of the best deals.
Brevard County offers so much including affordability. Location is very central. Just 45 minutes to Orlando Attractions.
