Home Sales are on Fire in Viera Florida and in most of Brevard County Florida. Viera has been experiencing an increase in demand for all of this year and last year. New Home Sales and Resales have had very high demand due to the lack of inventory that we have seen over the past 2 years. Home Builders such as Christopher Burton and Lifestyle Homes have seen huge demand for much of the past year. The New Home sales are at a apce we haven't seen since 2007.
