Everyone asks me “Is it a good time to sell?” And the answer is always the same. Seller’s market or buyer’s market, good economy or bad. It’s a good time to sell if moving is in your or your family’s best interest to sell. Let me explain. Taking all the emotion out, there are only three things you can do with a piece of property.
