showings: Dog vs Buyer

Today was an interesting day of showings. I had a buyer that was terrified of dogs and sure enough, every home we entered had a dog we encountered. At first it was kind of funny to see a full grown man about 6'2" and 280lbs, on one leg trying to get every piece of flesh he had away from a 20lb dog, like an elephant reacting to a mouse. But at the 3rd home I really started feeling bad he was so uncomfortable seeing these homes. If that's what you could call it? He was more worried about where the dog … (4 comments)
