The Palm Springs new home market is doing well again after a multi-year pause. New home developers in several Palm Springs area cities have re-launched construction of new homes that had been on hold. Several luxury golf communities have also increased their production of new construction homes.
There always seems to be a market for new homes and the continuing decrease in resale home inventory in cities throughout the Palm Springs real estate market is once again fueling demand for new homes in the desert.
