I have a Marketing Director, Mindy Jo Hovanec, who is a life saver for me! She handles all of my marketing, from flyers, print ads, designing my business cards, etc. On top of all of this she organizes my office for me. This allows me time to focus on my listings, clients, and closings. If I am in a meeting, she is there to answer my phone. She is a whiz at designing flyers and ads. I have a house listed that went under contract within a few days of being listed. It got close to closing and then the Buyer's didn't qualify for the loan! We put the house back "active" in the computer and get another contract on the house. We went through 2 extensions and guess what?? The buyers changed their minds! Now we have reduced the price of the house and can't get an offer.
