I am asked frequently by agents outside of Arizona about our current conditions. We certainly are in a Buyers market with a record number of homes on the market. Below is a chart I just from the MLS. Days on market continues to increase. I have noticed somewhat of a plateau in listings and in some areas that I service the numbers of listing is decreasing. Hopefully this will lead to a more balanced market soon.
