help: A Little Technology Help Please

On many ActiveRain pages is the following icon: . What in the world is this and what does it do? I assume that it has something to do with linking your Blog to something else, but I have no idea how it works. Also, I've noticed that many subscribers have their listings or a cartoon like image on the right hand column of their Blog. How do you do this? help: Databse Management Software

One of the hardest aspects of real estate, or any business for that matter, is effectively managing a database of clients. Currently I use a program called Wise Agent. It's not bad, it I'm sure that there is something out there much better.....and free. In this day and age of amazing technology, it seems like there would be something out there. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am looking for something that will also help me effectively manage when I contact my database. This is Wise Agent's greatest flaw. I'm making some changes to our website (www.MorrisonAzHomes.com) and am in need of a site that I can link to that has accurate information about local golf courses. We are based in Arizona and obviously would like to have good information about the local courses. However, if the site contained information about other courses around the country, then that would be fine too. I'm not a golfer and haven't had any luck surfing the net. Does anyone know of a good site that they can refer me to? Thanks!
