Homes With No HOA in the Austin Area. Are you really sure you don’t want an HOA? I hear a lot of clients ask for a home in an area without an HOA. Well, sometimes even in the rural farmland areas, you are still restricted from certain things. You can have horses, cattle, etc…but no Mobile Homes...
