I Don’t Need A Real Estate Agent-I Will Just Call The Name On The Sign. I am sure a lot of people have this mind set. But do they realize how dangerous this is? The listing agent whose name is on the sign represents the seller. They want the most money they can get for that home and for their client. So if you call that agent, and they show you the home, and when you say….”what is the least amount they are going to take for this home?” They are going to tell you the list price. Men don’t automatically know about plumbing and electrical and woodwork. I have sold a lot of first time buyer homes and one of the things I am always amazed at is the newlywed wife and husband seeing all the things they would like to do to a resale home…only to find out the husband doesn’t know how to change out a faucet or install a ceiling fan, or any of those type of things. His dad does or her dad does…she just thought all men knew how. I personally think we need a MAN school for things like that. However.. … (7 comments)
