Is the real estate market in Cayucos improving? After an almost 11% decline in 2010, the median sales prices of stick-built single family residences bounced back with about 7% increase in 2011. At the same time, the number of homes sold improved yearly from 2009; by about 26% in 2010 and about 17% in 2011.
