Cayucos Rotarian Jessica Peterson has been nominated as ‘Teacher of the Year’ in the Cayucos Elementary School District, for her outstanding connections with students, dedication to the teaching profession, and continual push for academic excellence.  

 
 Ms. Peterson, as her students call her, received an undergraduate degree and teaching credential from Western Illinois  University. She has also completed graduate studies at the University of California, San Diego.
 
 Jessica taught both high school and middle school in Illinois prior to accepting positions with Atascadero United and Lucia Mar Unified School Districts.  Her current assignment of eights years include Language … (0 comments)
