Another fun and popular event that will take place in Cayucos this May is the Cayucos Peddler’s Faire, scheduled from May 26-28, 2012.
Each year, the Cayucos Creek Lot, located between Hardie Park and Ocean Avenue, becomes a gigantic trough of goodies.  
From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., during the 3-day fair, visitors could check out homemade products, antiques, clothing, jewelry and flea market items. If you are looking for that special tag for your pet, you can also find it here.

The town of Cayucos is holding a fundraiser for the annual 4th-of-July fireworks.   If you haven't seen the Cayucos fireworks on 4th of July, it promises an evening of spectacular colors and lights over the Cayucos Pier.

On April 7th, the Recreation Division of City of Pismo Beach  will host the  annual Easter Eggstravaganza, a fun-filled event at the Dinosaur Caves Park in Shell Beach.  The hunt is free to everyone.

The Blessing of the Fleet is an event that takes place every year in Morro Bay.

Along with young help, that is help from Cayucos School middle school students, and the Eco SLO who provided the picks and buckets, Cayucos Rotary is going green.
Each quarter, Rotarians, friends and Cayucos Students gather to help clean the beach by Cayucos Pier. The clean-up has extended to Front Street that borders the beach, and South Ocean Avenue. The rain didn't stop Morro Bayans and their visitors from enjoying the festival this past weekend.  There was some slight chaos when electricity was disrupted when the festival opened on Saturday, October 4, 2008. When electricity and the sun returned, the festival fell into full swing of entertainment, food, fun and lots of activity.
