irvine homes for sale: A little creative marketing goes a LONG way!

My husband has a listing in Irvine, Ca. There are MANY MANY new home communities in our area, and we are losing many buyers to those new homes. My husband needed to create some BUZZ for his listing. He came up with POPPA PANDA!
POPPA PANDA is a great big PANDA costume, and I took pictures of POPPA PANDA doing all sorts of houshold things inside the home. He cooks, he eats, he loves his kitchen and jetted tub! It's hysterical! My husband was starting to get MUCH more interest in the house, until the MLS removed the photos!
