We all have parents or know someone over age 55. Did you know that there is a Realtor out there specifically for them? Did you know that there is a wholenetwork of senior movers, packers, estate lawyers, estate planners, CPA's and more. For over 10 years a majority of my business has been dealing with the real estate needs of seniors. Various generations communicate differently and have different expectations. After a long day of working with people, traveling from home to home showing property, phone calls to and from title companies, nervous buyers, frustrated sellers who want top dollar in 24 hours and so on... You know the drill. We love our business, we love people, we love the pay but some days we are very tired of people. It is wonderful to walk in the door to my little zoo.
