I hear many agents complain that they have wasted too much time with their clients. I think many of those in this market need to do a little homework with each client and qualify them before moving forward. You will notice that as this economy is trying to heal that the word "productivity" is mentioned more and more. This is a word that all real estate agents need to be aware of as wasted time can be crucial to many facets of the real estate game.
