downtown condo: Even Perfection Can Benefit From A Few Little Tweaks When Selling

This past week we staged a beautiful downtown loft style condo that was as close to perfection as you can get. This condo truly shows like a model. The owner called us in just to tweak a few things. As much as she hated to remove the family photos, people were missing some of the many special features while looking at the photos. We wrapped and packed up personal photos, patched the nail holes, and repainted the black wall, then we hung one piece of art. Now buyers can concentrate on all this beautiful condo has to offer.
