Home Buying Strategies That Work This week I was accompanying a client on an inspection on a home she wanted to buy, always a good time to employ Home Buying Strategies That Work. All was going well and at the end of the inspection my buyer asked the inspector "on a scale from 1 to 10 what would you rank this house"?. The inspector said "a 7".
