I am constantly awe inspired by the intense natural beauty of Idaho, the water rich lands and the amazing feeling of privacy and safety. As a real estate agent that covers 3 counties in Idaho I pretty much live in my car. I posted a blog yesterday about the Idaho Zip codes and areas that I cover and I had a few people comment about their suprise at the low populations in the area. Sandy Padula and Norm Padula, JD, GRI wanted to know how many square miles it was that I cover.

I joined AR back in 2009. Just under two years ago I finally convinced my associate Mark to take the leap and Join Active Rain. Just like our wonderful community of sharing agents here on AR, I also have a fantastic office and we all have friendly little competitions to push each other to be the best that we can be. I remember him telling me that there was just no way he would ever pass me on the leaderboard for Bonner County Idaho but that he would give it a good try.

bonner county: Antelope Lake just stalked with trout

Time to grab the fishing pole and the kids, I just heard Antelope Lake was stocked a few days ago. Bonner County is blessed with lots of lakes, but Antelope outside of Clark Fork Idaho is one of my favorite samll lakes. The views are gorgeous and the wildlife abound. Whether your fishing from the bank or you take the canoe out, you are always going to catch a trout.

I find that alot of locals write me concerning items on my blog. So anyone out there with waterfront property in Bonner County Idaho. I a few different buyers looking for waterfront property. My biggest needs right now is a 3+ bedroom waterfront home on either Lake Pend Oreille, Cocolalla lake or Pend Oreille River, or lake Couer D' Alene in the 500K range. My other is for waterfront with acreage up to 850k. This can be on any boatable water and would prefer plenty of garage space (Or if the price is on the lower end, room to build more garages.)
