Things have been busy with the opening of the new Sandpoint Realty office. We had 11 listings and ten of them sold and closed in the first month. Like most of the nation we have an extremely low inventory right now with only 60 active residential listings in the entire Bonner county. Only 27 of those homes were under $700,000
