I have a couple of time blocks already in my schedule.
I naturally get up before 5am Email time for me is always at least 5am-8am This is naturally my time to go through my emails answer them. I catch up on web work. This might be following up on leads, answering emails, posting online ads.

I have a friend and collegue that signed up for Active Rain last year. I have referred lots of people to Active Rain but this one jumped in with both feet. He has formed great relationships with agents, his blogs are fun to read and he has been dedicated to keeping up with it. It took me years and I am still not at the same level of dedication.

I remember as a kid visiting the Art Museum in Centennial Park in Nashville Tennessee. For those of you that havent been there they have created a full scale replica of the Greek Parthenon and the 42 foot statue of Athena. Without a doubt my marketing system through Keller Williams works extremely well but there are a few different programs at play here. I will attempt to break down the special qualities of each one, so agents can make an informed choice.
