I have someone who is moving to Idaho from Los Angeles California and they were trying to figure out the differences in the cost of living between LA and Sandpoint. I for one was amazed by quite a few things that are so much cheaper than any where that I have lived before.
For instance in Car registration in other states would be in the hundreds of dollars oer vehicle, yet here I registered 2 cars a truck a trailer for $76 total Starting a business in other states cost an arm and a leg for business licence and fees. … (1 comments)

Last week I was running around showing property and on Friday night and Sat I wrote up offers. Both clients contacted one of our local lenders Evergreen Loans and figured they would hear from them sometime Monday. So I shot off the listings to them so they would have them when they got to work. About an hour later on a Sunday night, I got an email with both clients preapproval letters. WOW pretty good for a 7pm on Sunday night.
