Silverwood Capital, LLC has applied for one of twenty $100,000 grants and we need your help.We will use the funds to purchase 5-7 nonperforming notes. To get the relief, the home owners must still be in their home, owe more than its current value, and they are still taking care of it, and wanting to stay. We will pay all taxes, fines, penalties, and any other accruued costs with the funds. We will then eliminate all past due payments, interest, and another other fee or penalty.
