The smart homebuyer will have a home inspection done. The buyer will review it, and ask the seller for what he thinks are needed repairs. Most times, the seller will comply. However, there are those very skittish buyers that will come along, and think because the furnace is five years old, as soon as they purchase the house the furnace will break down, and they will have to replace it. As a matter of fact, they will think the house will fall into total shambles one week after they purchase it.
