condo: Shopping for a Condo? What is important to you?

Hi, I have done a lot of "shopping" for condo's for my customers and have gained some insight. I thought of things that are most important, and really need to be prioritized before or as you start your search. I hope this is helpful to you, and if you have some things that I have left out, please let me know.
Location-what is important to you? Is it the Beach, close to school or work, golfing, shopping? View-Do you have to have an Ocean Front, Ocean View or maybe that isn't important for the Price.Price-we have a big fluctuation in pricing as … (0 comments)
